Radically Open Connection: 2025's final Picnic in the Park!

Denver’s Radically Open Connection Meetup brings together aspects of Radical Honesty, Radically Open DBT, Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Relating and more to practice open-hearted discussion and exercises that help us connect deeply in new ways, grounded in our bodies & senses, not just our minds.

In these warmer months, we meet at Barnum Park overlooking the lake and the City Skyline, and this may be the last time we have enough warmth and daylight to meet outside, so bring a blanket and a snack or beverage to share, and we'll do some exercises as the sun goes down on summer.

This meetup is focused on identifying the many ways we’ve learned to avoid fully experiencing the here and now, and to build new habits aimed at building an authentic, intimate connection to others and a full-bodied acceptance of every part of ourselves, which leads to more full connection with and acceptance of others.

We'll probably do "joy academy" this meeting, which is where we teach each other to be better joy-makers and work together to increase the net joy in the universe!
