Denver’s Radically Open Connection Meetup brings together aspects of Radical Honesty, Radically Open DBT, Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Relating and more to practice open-hearted discussion and exercises that help us connect deeply in new ways, grounded in our bodies & senses, not just our minds.

Because its getting dark so early, we've moved the location to 700 Kalamath St, where we'll meet in the Denver Open Media Studio

With the previous week focused on Grief, today's meetup will focus on Joy, with a new and improved format focused on teaching each other how to better bring joy to ourselves, our loved ones, and the Universe!
