Speaking the Unspoken: A Workshop on Grief, Love, and Truth in Relationship

Details
About the Workshop
There are things we carry from past relationships — moments of love, longing, or grief — that we often keep hidden from our current partners. Not because they are dangerous, but because we are afraid of how they will be received.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore what happens when we withhold, what happens when we share, and how our bodies respond in each moment. Together we will practice:
- Guided visualization to connect with memories or truths we have kept inside.
- Partner and triad exercises to notice the difference between being met with constriction versus curiosity.
- Practical scripts and embodied tools for bringing more openness into your relationships.
This is not about fixing your partner or reliving the past. It is about cultivating awareness, resilience, and relational possibility in the present moment.
Come alone or with a partner. No prior experience is necessary.
