Exploring Self-Sabotage

Do you have goals that are important to you, but find yourself failing to take action? Do you feel like you're fighting yourself when it comes to achieving things you know you want? Join us in exploring the phenomenon of self-sabotage, through hands-on exercises and sharing.

The Radically Open Connection meetup began as a Radical Honesty group, but now includes other modalities. The meetup exercises aim to help us realize the many ways we all dissociate from our present experience and hide the parts of ourselves we fear others will not accept. These practices have the potential help us connect more deeply with ourselves and others, and in the process, shed light on subconscious shadows and fears that may be steering the ship of our lives more than we realize.

We'll be meeting in the Open Media Foundation studio at 700 Kalamath St. Additional parking is available in the alley, and on the south side of 7th (across the street from the building). Enter via the doors closest to Kalamath St., and follow the signs.
