Governance in Ethereum-land
The talk relates Ethereum governance to traditional technical governance in internet. It'll look into how internet governance emerged in history.

Sean will be speaking about the history of internet protocol and what Bitmark is doing.

Sean Moss-Pultz
Sean Moss-Pultz is the co-founder and CEO of Bitmark Inc. a startup working to extend traditional property rights to the modern day by creating tools that recognize people as the sources and owners of their own digital assets and data. His passion is in developing technology for consumer electronics and Internet services, especially blockchain-related projects. Prior to Bitmark Inc., he was a senior executive for EMQ Limited, a financial technology startup. Recognized as a pioneer of open-source hardware, Moss-Pultz launched and was CEO of Openmoko Inc., the first open-source phone and a precursor to iPhone and Android smartphones. He holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and physics from UC San Diego.

Yahsin Huang is a community builder in the blockchain space. Her focus has been exploring how the democratization of digital tools empowers individuals. She founded the RadicalxChange Taipei chapter, co-organized the Taipei Ethereum Meetup events, and contributed to several technology media outlets. She is the operations manager at HashCloak.
