Diary of My Soul A Creative Experience Listening and Connecting with Your Soul

Most of us know what we might write in a diary. We record what happens, how we feel, what we worry about, what we're hoping for, things we're trying to understand, and moments we don't want to forget.

What if your Soul is keeping a diary too? What does your Soul write about? If you could somehow turn to a page of your Soul’s diary and read what it has been writing lately...what might you discover?

Through creating, imagining, moving, reflecting, and connecting with nature, we will explore our Soul’s perspective and its messages for us. At the heart of our time together is a hands-on creative experience that will reveal a page from the diary of your Soul.

You may discover fresh insights, a different perspective on your journey, a message you didn’t know you needed, or a deeper connection with the wise, loving presence within you.

No artistic talent is needed. Simply bring your curiosity, imagination, and willingness to explore.

Meet Your Facilitators

Shelba King
An accomplished artist, Creativity Seeker, and Zentuitive Artist, Shelba helps others explore transformation and growth through creativity, intuition, and curiosity. This retreat grew from one of her own creative practices.
Karin Cross
A life coach, teacher, and retreat and circle facilitator, Karin guides others in creating the lives they desire by exploring and aligning thoughts, emotions, energy, and the heart. She invites people to slow down and connect with the wisdom within.

Together, Shelba and Karin created Diary of My Soul as a playful, experiential space where creativity and inner exploration meet. Their invitation is simple: come curious, be willing to play, and discover what your Soul might have to say.
