We are a group of spiritual seekers that meet weekly online and in-person for self-awareness, mindfulness, and meditation. Join us for a 20-minute meditation followed by a discussion on how to tap into your inner Spiritual nature, the power of affirmative prayer, how to live from spiritual principles, and other topics for our path of spiritual growth. Explore these and other spiritual tools to create a more prosperous, healthy and happy life.

You are invited to a deeper exploration and practice of Affirmative Prayer, beginning Sunday, April 26th, after the service from 12:00 to 1:00 pm with Rev. Teresa. Affirmative Prayer offers a fresh approach, rooted in the powerful teaching of oneness—that there is only one divine power, uniting God and humanity in absolute Truth. Instead of focusing on problems or conditions, Affirmative Prayer is about affirming the eternal Truth that exists within each of us. As Charles Fillmore, cofounder of Unity, said, “Affirmative prayer is a statement of Truth that eternally exists, but which has not yet come into consciousness.” This practice invites us to speak from our divine nature, bringing Truth to our human experience. By recognizing our oneness and embracing our spiritual power, we open ourselves to transformation. When we change, our experience shifts—and so do our circumstances. Be ready to learn, be inspired, and practice affirmative prayer.

In this class, we’ll explore how to shift from love as a mere feeling to love as meaningful actions that enrich everyone's lives. Through inspiring concepts and hands-on exercises, we’ll discover a practical, applied spirituality ready to make a difference in our everyday lives. Together, we will shift our perspectives from judgment to embracing our divine essence, making a meaningful difference in the world. We hope to see you there!
Each class is offered in both the afternoon and evening. The first class is Tuesday, April 28th, at noon, available in-person and online with Rev. Ellen. The evening class is on Wednesday, April 29th, at 6:30 pm, offered online only with Rev. Teresa. Both sessions cover the same material, so you can choose the time that works best for you.
