About us

Raleigh has a vibrant and rapidly expanding technology community with a pool of incredible talent that grows deeper every day. If you’re a Carolina native or a recent transplant, a tenured veteran or fresh out of your first coding class, we invite you to grow your skills both professionally and technically, discuss the issues facing our field, and share skills and experiences with other individuals who identify as women here in Raleigh.

We hope you’ll join us in building a strong, supportive community of professional women+ in technology! We’re always looking for ways to cultivate this meetup community, so we hope you’ll share your feedback and ideas with us. We would love to have you join us as a member and look forward to meeting you at an event soon.

Celebrate the shift into summer with Carolina Women+ in Tech and Eliassen Group for a relaxed and engaging evening focused on networking, shared insights, leadership conversations, and building meaningful connections within the Triangle’s growing tech community.
As Raleigh and the surrounding areas continue to expand as a major technology hub, collaboration across industries is becoming more valuable than ever. The people we meet, the conversations we have, and the communities we build often shape the opportunities ahead of us. Learning how to network, communicate, and leverage meaningful connections can open doors to mentorship, career growth, collaboration, and new possibilities across the tech ecosystem.

What To Expect
Throughout the evening, guests will experience themed networking tables centered around how to network more effectively, build stronger professional relationships, strengthen communication, increase visibility, and create connections that genuinely help support long-term career and leadership growth. Leadership conversation cards placed throughout the tables will help spark thoughtful discussions, encourage perspective-sharing, and create opportunities to connect beyond the usual introductions.

Enjoy an evening of great food, refreshing drinks, community, and conversations with professionals, recruiters, founders, creatives, leaders, and innovators from across the local tech landscape.

Why Attend
This event also reflects something deeply important to our community: the power of partnerships. Collaborations like this create spaces where industries, ideas, and people can come together in ways that encourage growth, support, and shared opportunity. We are incredibly grateful to Eliassen Group, IBM, and Oakview Public House for helping to create an experience that brings the local tech community together.
Whether you’re expanding your professional circle, exploring new opportunities, stepping into leadership, or simply looking to reconnect with the local tech community, this evening offers the perfect setting to spark conversations that matter.
