Agenda:
- usually we wait 10-15 minutes until most registered people have showed up then split up into groups of 4-5 people

- introductions/what I learned this week: each person can share anything interesting they’ve learned recently or if not actively studying anything interesting can be shared

- Japanese only conversation time (if there are any absolute beginners that feel like they can’t participate we will accommodate)

英語NO!

The Free-Style Japanese Club, started August 2017, is for adult learners of all level and natives. This is a group for experiencing talking to natives or swimming in-between cultures. We highly value your initiative. This is more a place for practicing Japanese conversation rather than listening to a teacher. You would also get input on how to learn Japanese from members. They are abundant in the knowledge! To maximize your experience, it's a good idea to bring your own material, and ask all the questions you have whether it's grammatical or cultural.

Any ideas for the group to try out are welcome!

※Venue changes weekly between Caribou Coffee in Raleigh and Balance Martial Arts in Morrisville.

Note:

  1. Please do register your attendance via this site.

We are mainly adults' conversation/ learning group. If non-native children around teenager and up are eager to learn on their own initiative, we'll consider on a case-by-case basis.

We don't tolerate harassment to members.
