Bhorambi Lotus Pond Trek
Details
The trek to the Bhorambi waterfall pond, also known as Lotus Waterfall, in Ekole Valley is a very exciting and adventurous journey through a rocky river bed, culminating in the mesmerising sight of a massive pond from where it cascades into a three layer waterfall into the Ekole Valley.
This is a very challenging trail due to the presence of scree portions and the deep pond at the end point. For individuals who are non-swimmers, it's especially important to adhere to the rule of not entering the pond without a life jacket. Even for experienced swimmers, deep water can pose significant risks, so wearing a life jacket adds an extra layer of safety
