As Guillermo del Toro returns to our screens with his hotly anticipated adaptation of Frankenstein, it's time to look back to the film which put him on the map. This coming-of-age fantasy horror is a prototype of his subsequent films like Pan's Labyrinth or The Shape of Water, showcasing his unique gothic visuals. We're back at our beloved Carousel on Tuesday 30th September at 7pm for The Devil's Backbone.

Our October film is taking place on... er... September 30th. Sorry, I'm away at the start of October! Tickets are pay what you feel, and stick around afterwards as always for a drink and a chat about the film!
