**EARLY BIRD SIGN-UPS AVAILABLE UNTIL SUNDAY 16 NOVEMBER**

🗺️ Key Info:
• Distance: 7.4km (4.5 miles if you’re old school) plus an extra walk from the train station to the starting point (adding on about 1km)
• Ascent: ~160m
• Hiking time: 2.5 to 3hrs
• Cost: £3 early bird, then £5 (covers basic admin costs for Rambling Readers)
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

📍 Meeting and Ending Point:
• Location: Glasgow Queen Street Station by the M&S Simply Food
• Time: Meet 11:10am, leave just before 11:20am for the 11:25am train. Arrive at Drumry station at 11:45am.
• Return: We expect to be back at Drumry station by 3pm at the latest. Officially our trip ends here, and people are free to catch a return train or perhaps grab a drink at the pub, however they’re feeling!

📖 The Book:
• Cat's Eye by Margaret Atwood

If you're short on time this November, we offer a short story option to get involved! Set in Keegan's native County Wicklow, forester Victor Deegan gifts a dog to his daughter, an act that triggers the emergence of long-buried family secrets.
