Free Morning Yoga

Participate in a free fitness class hosted by the YMCA Suncoast at Coachman Park. Yoga involves physical and mental well-being through mastery of the body, is achieved through exercise, holding postures, proper breathing and meditation.

Location is on The Green, the large grassy field in Coachman Park.

Parking can be found throughout Downtown.
