Wear sunscreen/sun clothes. Bring water. BE READY TO ENJOY A GREAT SLICE OF NATURE. RE: Power boat traffic. We cross the boat channel briefly and there are powerboats moving / anchored around Caladesi. This is manageable.
There will be tidal currents, winds, and boat wakes. Not a good excursion for beginners.
