Whether you're aiming for a full-body workout, prepping your moves for the next EDM fest, or just want to look like a majestic human slinky against a Florida sunset – this is your jam. 🌀
We’ll start with the basics of adult-sized hooping (yes, you can hula hoop as a grown-up, and yes, it’s way more fun now), then build up to creative, dancey moves that make your whole body groove. You’ll be learning, sweating, and laughing in a no-pressure, all-pleasure environment. If you're smiling, you're nailing it.
