Rapid Frames Speedrunning Social Networking Hub

We are getting the Rapid Frames community together for an afternoon of casual networking in Los Angeles. Whether you are a seasoned speedrunner, a casual enthusiast, or someone just starting to get interested in the scene, this is a chance to step away from the keyboard and meet the people behind the handles. We want to keep this low-pressure and open, focusing on building genuine connections with others who share a passion for the craft.

Expect a relaxed atmosphere where you can talk shop, share your favorite runs, or just swap stories about the grind. This is for anyone in the community looking to grow their local network and find people to collaborate with, learn from, or simply hang out with. We have the space reserved for a few hours, so feel free to drop by whenever you can. If you think you can make it, please let us know by sending an RSVP so we have an idea of how many folks to expect.

We are hosting our next San Diego Frame Perfect Social Speedrunning Meetup and would love to see some new and familiar faces there. This is a casual space for anyone in the area who enjoys speedrunning, whether you are currently grinding for a world record, working on a casual personal best, or just interested in learning more about the technical side of the hobby. We will have plenty of room to talk shop, trade strategies, and connect with other local runners in the community.

You do not need to be a top-tier athlete to fit in here; the goal is simply to bring together people who share an interest in movement, optimization, and the games we love to break. We try to keep these meetups relaxed and open-ended, so feel free to bring a controller if you want to show off a specific trick or just come by to hang out and chat. If you think you might be able to make it, please take a moment to RSVP so we can get an idea of the headcount.

Whether you are a seasoned speedrunner looking to shave seconds off your personal best or someone who has just started watching runs and wants to see what the community is all about, this is the place to be. We are hosting this social hub in San Jose to bring together local enthusiasts who share a passion for technical precision and efficient gaming. The goal is simple: to meet others in the area, swap strategies, and talk about the latest tech in our favorite games without the pressure of a formal tournament.

Expect a casual environment where you can connect with fellow runners over shared interests. We will have space to set up handhelds or simply gather to discuss route optimization, movement tech, and the broader speedrunning scene. It is a great way to put faces to screen names and grow the local community in a relaxed setting. If you have been looking for people in San Jose who understand the grind of a good run, please join us and RSVP so we can get a sense of how many people to expect.

If you are a fan of speedrunning or just curious about the local community, come join us for an evening of conversation and connection. We are hosting a casual mixer for the Rapid Frames group to get everyone together in person. Whether you are actively grinding for personal bests, a fan of marathon events, or just enjoy watching technical gameplay, this is a great chance to meet other folks in the city who share the hobby.

We will keep things low-key and focus on just hanging out, sharing stories about recent runs, and seeing who else in the area is working on similar games. There is no formal agenda or pressure to perform—just an opportunity to step away from the screen and talk shop with people who understand the grind. We would love to see a good turnout, so please click the button to let us know if you can make it so we can get a sense of the numbers.
