Meet hotshot birder Ewa Greene at 7:00 (–12:00) by the park's entrance at the end of State Park Drive. Parking is available along State Park Dr. Grandview Nature Preserve offers coastal birding. The trail leads through marshes and then along the Chesapeake Bay shore. This is a walking birding tour and requires a round-trip hike of about 5 miles.
If you would like to carpool, please meet Ewa at the Quinton Park & Ride at 5:20am (the newer parking lot, located at this pin: https://maps.app.goo.gl/eW9NXcCfUvtFAwpj7). We will depart that location at 5:30am to arrive at Grandview by 7am.

RAS trips are open to all, RAS membership is encouraged but not required, and unless the trip says otherwise, you don't need to sign up. Please feel free to stay for as long as you want. Attendees do not need to stay the entire time listed.
