Our names are Jesse and Cynthia Quezada, we are an investor/nurse duo who specialize in Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly in LA and Orange County. After 8 years, 3 RCFE, and 2 ARF investment properties later, we are sharing the best (and worst) practices of our Residential Assisted Living Investing journey. Join us to learn how to set up a house and operate an assisted living business in a Residential home. This is a group for anyone who is interested in the RCFE "Residential Care Facilities for Elderly" or ARF "Adult Residential Facility" world. That could be for anyone who already operates a home and is looking to network; someone who is looking to get in the business investing or open their own home; or maybe you are a caregiver for a family member, and you just have questions on the aging process. We are here for it all. Our Meet Up will begin at 6:00pm. Let's talk about the need of Residential Care Facilities and how it will only grow for the next 30 years. Every day, 10,000 Americans turn 65, and 4,000 will turn 85. The 79 million Baby Boomers are getting older, living longer, and they want to age in their current residence or find a community designed for their current life transitions.
