About us
This group is about Systemic Family Constellations.
Systemic Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that aims to uncover and resolve hidden dynamics within families or other systems that may be causing emotional or psychological issues. It is based on the idea that individuals are deeply connected to their families and other systems, and that unresolved issues or traumas within these systems can affect individuals in profound ways.
In a typical session, a group of people come together to represent different members of the client's family or system. Through a process of guided exploration and dialogue, the facilitator helps the client and the representatives to uncover hidden dynamics and patterns, and to work towards resolving any unresolved issues or traumas.
Systemic Family Constellations can be used to address a wide range of issues, including relationship problems, anxiety, depression, addiction, and chronic illness. It is often used in conjunction with other therapeutic approaches, such as psychotherapy or counseling.

Family Constellations in Vauxhall
The Bonnington Centre, 11 Vauxhall Grove, Vauxhall, London SW8 1TD, GBSystemic Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach for uncovering and resolving the hidden dynamics within a family or system that can quietly drive emotional and psychological difficulties.
It rests on a simple idea: we are all deeply bound to the systems we come from, and unresolved wounds or traumas within those systems can shape us in ways we don't consciously see. Bringing those patterns into the open is the first step toward freeing ourselves from them.
How a session works
A group gathers, and some participants are invited to stand in as representatives of the people (or forces) in someone's family or system. Guided by the facilitator, the person exploring their issue — the Issue Holder — works with these representatives to reveal the underlying dynamics at play and move toward resolution.
The approach can help with a wide range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, addiction, and chronic illness.
What to expect if you're new
Whether or not you've done this before, you'll leave having experienced it firsthand. Depending on the number of participants and how many wish to work on their own challenge, you may have the chance to constellate your own issue — and you'll almost certainly take part as a representative in someone else's, which is often just as moving and revealing.
If you'd like to constellate but time runs out
If we can't fit everyone in, I offer a personal constellation — in person or via Zoom — at a reduced rate of £70 (normally £100).
