The applications we have to design and implement these days have to be highly responsive, offer a constant value to its users. To ensure this, these systems need to be resilient to ensure a constant uptime, and be self healing. They need to be elastic, so we can achieve an easy scalability in an economical way. We aim for applications that are highly message and event-driven, making information and value stream to wherever its needed.
