Art exhibit with improv music and aerial dance show
Details
The Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) presents "Tetrascapes," a special in-gallery performance of aerial acrobatics and choreography, improvised music, and film. This show by local troupe Gillet Trio will be performed against the backdrop of the current art exhibit, "Altered States in the Acid West."
Tickets for the performance are $20 - purchase your ticket by visiting this page and scrolling down to the bottom.
Admission to UMOCA is free of charge (donations accepted and encouraged), but you'll need a ticket to get into the special performance.
Meet the group in the main entry foyer of UMOCA at 6:15 pm. We can check out the other exhibits at the museum as well before the performance, which starts at 7:00.
Afterwards, those who are interested can gather for a drink/bite to eat and conversation across the street at Destinations Lounge (inside the Marriott Hotel).
