Let's spend an evening at the Utah Arts Festival together! 2026 marks the festival's 50th anniversary, happening June 18–21 at Library Square in downtown SLC.

Expect around 800 artists and performers, 35,000+ attendees, and a mix that includes the juried artist marketplace, music performances, dance, literary and street theater, a short film program, an urban arts program, a children's art yard, demonstrating artists, workshops, and a wide variety of food and beverage options. This year's headliners include GZA, Yola, Shakey Graves, Say She She, and BANDALOOP (the vertical dance group performing on the side of a building!). Festival website: https://www.uaf.org/

📍 Where to meet: In front of the Salt Lake City Public Library main entrance (Library Square, 200 E 400 S). Look for me near the doors.

🚗 Parking Info:

  • Under the Main Library: Limited paid parking is available, with the entrance on 400 South.
  • Nearby metered parking: Check https://www.downtownslc.org/getting-around for the latest info, parking maps, and ParkingSLC app to help you park downtown.

🎟️ Grab a ticket in advance at https://www.uaf.org/tix (cheaper than at the gate — in-person purchases are cash only). Choose Single Day Admission - Adult ticket.

After we regroup at the entrance, we'll wander in together, get dinner from the vendors, catch some performances (Bandaloop, the wall climbing dance group will perform at 7:30pm on Library walls!), and hit the artist marketplace.

Stay as long or as little as you'd like.
