I've been a real estate investor for over 20 years: flipping, wholesaling and renting hundreds of properties with millions of dollars in transactions. Recently I've shifted my focus to less busy work and more passive income. So in the last 2 years I've purchased 33 properties out-of-state and have created financial freedom for my family.
