This Meetup is for people wanting to dream big, save big, retire strong, and have the financial freedom to choose. The United States is the only country in the world with the magical 30-year fixed-rate loan, as seasoned investors know. This group is for the beginner and the seasoned investor and will explore all the facets of single-family rental home ownership, inclusive of the 30-year fixed rate loan (and many others) relevant markets to buy in, and all facets of the infrastructure built by Adiel Gorel, founder and CEO of ICG Real Estate Investments. This group will have quarterly expos, seminars and more.
