Investors of all levels can improve by focusing on one thing: The "core".

  • Intermediate investors need to get the core right so that they move ahead faster and get their business to gel solidly (rather than slip backwards or become a "what-might-have-been" story)
  • Advanced investors need to focus on the core to massively improve their systems & bottom-line net profits (to finally get truly efficient & build -- or re-build -- their business right, so it doesn't devour all their time & energy and make them miserable.)

The "core" is the missing piece. Yes, at each and every level. It's flat out what most people are missing. It doesn't matter what your exit strategy is , it doesn't matter what your specialization is, there are some core skills that you need to master if you're gonna be successful in the real estate business. ANY part of the real estate business.

It doesn’t matter if you choose rehabbing, wholesaling, landlording, single-family houses, multi-unit properties, commercial properties, or anything else. The core is still the core. And the core is the missing piece for most people.
