After a too long hiatus, we are back in person, and we're back with a BANG!

This MeetUp will focus on NETWORKING, POWER TEAM BUILDING, and LEARNING about the PASSIVE Investment Strategies of JOINT VENTURES and SYNDICATIONS, presented by Stewart Beal of Beal Capital and Beal Properties.

Stewart has been a friend of the A2REIC since our very earliest days. He will share his story, as well as his current (multiple) businesses, and future plans. Most importantly, he will share how YOU can have the opportunity to become a part of what he is building. We're very pleased to announce that he will have a more involved and active role in the A2REIC in the future.

During this session, you'll learn the basics, the differences, the pluses, and minuses, and, most importantly, some CASE STUDIES and CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES.

In addition, we'll be JOINED by several A2REIC Power Team Members that I've been talking about on Zoom for the past two years.
