All riders of this group will treat all other riders of this group with respect and dignity at all times. Regardless of color, religion, sex, race or ethnic background. We are a brotherhood when it comes to riding. We treat others as we would like ourselves to be treated.

- MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of this group is to go motorcycle riding to places as a group. To have fun as we go to those places as a group. To ride on rides in a safe riding style so other members feel safe when riding.

- RULES of this REAL RIDERS group
1. A valid California endorsed motorcycle license is required to join this group. Also a currently registered motorcycle and current insurance on your motorcycle.
2. A $25 non refundable cash donation to the group will be made every April 1st of the year by every member active or non active in the group. Regardless of what month you join, this $25 non cash refundable donation starts on April 1st every year starting in 2023. You can make your donation in cash to your ride leader on the 1st ride you take beginning April 1st.
3. ALL members in this group MUST participate on 1 ride at least every 4 months. Regardless of their rank or status in the group. *Special reasons* if you cannot ride must be addressed to and approved by the organizer of the group to be exempt.
4. If you do not follow our rule of riding at least 1 time every 4 months you will be removed from the group, again regardless of your status as a member or your accepted donation(s) into the group.
5. No member of this REAL RIDERS group will be allowed to wear any club patches or club logos of any other group or organization they ride in besides this group. No exceptions are allowed to this rule. Any breaking of this rule will have you removed from the group immediately and permanently.
6. We do not allow spamming or soliciting of any kind on our site. If you choose to do this you will be kicked out and banned from joining our group permanently regardless of your status as a member here.
However we do allow sponsors. Anything to do with motorcycles. So if you know a good sponsor or you would like your job/company to sponsor us please get in touch with Bob personally. We can set that up pretty quickly.
7. We do not tolerate fighting, arguing, bitching, moaning or groaning about rides in the group. This goes for every member. This also means you will respect lead members of this group. If you feel you cannot get along with another member of the group then bring it to an organizer's attention and we will try to settle any differences between who is involved. If nothing can be solved, organizers have 100% discretion to kick anyone out of the group at any time with or without reason for their disrespect towards any member here in the group. “Give Respect, Get Respect” it’s that simple. Again, regardless of donations made or your member status in the group.
8. ALL BIKES ARE WELCOME TO JOIN ! Harleys, Yamaha's, Hondas, Ninjas, Triumphs, Kawasaki's, Ducati's, Bmw’s, Indians, cruisers, sport bikes, etc. Bring them all as we all have different kinds of bikes in our group. From lots of steel to lots of plastic and fiberglass. The ONLY exception is that your bike must be a 750cc engine or better. OR be able to travel at a COMFORTABLE highway speed of 75 - 85 mph or higher. And get at least 140 miles on a full tank of gas. Please do not join if your bike does not meet those standards. (NO scooters, mopeds or dirt bikes allowed, sorry)
9. Any member of this group can suggest, create and then ride on a sanctioned ride in this group with other members of the group at any time they wish with an organizers approval. We highly encourage this rule.
10. All regular members of this group will be allowed to ride on all posted member rides of this group with the exception of ELITE or CORE member rides.
CORE MEMBER
* A Core member is any Organizer, Event Organizer or Riding Captain of this group. Any Core member can ride on any sanctioned ride of this group at any time they wish.
All Core members must have a com system and a gps navigation system to be able to lead and communicate to others in the group on rides.
A Core member/Riding Captain must display/represent the groups name/logo on every sanctioned ride.
ELITE RIDER MEMBER
** An Elite Rider member is someone who has ridden with any Organizer or Riding Captain in this group through at least 2 other states besides California and for a minimum distance of at least 3000 miles or more.
An Elite Rider member is someone who has been in the group for a minimum of 6 months unless promoted under special circumstances from the organizer of the group.
- LIABILITY of riding in this REAL RIDERS group
By joining this REAL RIDERS group you agree 100% that you join this group of your own free will. You also agree that if you join or create a ride of your own to ride on you do so of your own free will. And by joining this group or any sanctioned ride of this group of your own free will, that you will not hold under any circumstances any organizer, lead organizer or riding captain of this REAL RIDERS group liable for any injuries, accidents, falls, crashes, or mishaps sustained as you are riding on a ride in this group.
You also, by joining any ride or activity with this REAL RIDERS group, agree that you will always have a current and valid California endorsed M1 license and that your bike will not only always be currently registered but that you will always maintain at least a minimum of liability insurance on your motorcycle by California's standard laws.

NON Liability of this REAL RIDERS group will be agreed upon by all members of this group regardless of whether you have read the rules and regulations of this group or not. It is your responsibility to read the rules and regulations of this group on your own free time and you agree to abide by them by joining and staying a member of this group.
