This group is for investors who want real relationships, practical strategies, and honest conversations about finding and securing properties.
We will talk about seller leads, follow up, offers, contracts, creative deals, mistakes, wins, and what is actually working in this market.
I have been a real estate investor, coach, business owner, and president within the local investing community. In 2019, I was accused of an offense and entered an Alford plea. My life changed, and I stepped away from the market.
During that time, I wrote books and studied communication, discipline, shame, identity, and what it takes to rebuild.
Now I am returning openly. I am not pretending the past did not happen, and I am not waiting for everyone to approve before I begin building again.
This group is part of that return.
