About the Speaker

Manny Singh, is the Founder and Senior Instructor of Bankruptcy Court Secrets. He is also the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices of Manny Singh, P.A. and he is licensed to practice law in Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Over the past 30 years, the Law Offices of Manny Singh has been a staple in the legal community of South Florida.

Manny has operated a number of successful businesses. His expertise in legal and business counseling spans across industries including public markets, medical/recreational marijuana, real estate, and bankruptcy.

The story of "Bankruptcy Court Secrets" (BCS) started in 1985 with Manny Singh. After graduating from a private law school in Fort Lauderdale, he went on to enter into a career of law. With the ambition to help those in need of financial assistance, he started a small bankruptcy law firm known today as the Law Offices of Manny Singh, P.A. During the firm’s 30 year span, he has assisted in the filing of over 10,000 bankruptcies. As he continued in his practice, he recognized an opportunity to buy property through bankruptcy court.

He instructed a close friend in buying his first bankruptcy court property, and his friend continued to utilize Manny’s knowledge to turn profits into a small empire.

In 2009, with the bursting of the “Real Estate Bubble”, Manny became heavily involved with real estate investing and helped a number of investors profit in a down market. It was at this point that he decided to start teaching the practice of buying property from bankruptcy court to other investors, and in 2013, Bankruptcy Court Secrets Inc. was born.
