I’m Rod Stanback, founder, CEO and owner of Flip Funding — a hard money lending firm — and Hard Money University. My specialty is helping growth-hungry individuals discover new ways to increase their real estate income.

In 2008, I started investing in real estate as a way out of one of Philadelphia’s most violent and drug-infested neighborhoods. Today, along with overseeing multiple thriving real estate companies, I own a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

So what’s this all mean for you?
