Sometimes, the pace of modern life barely gives you time to stop and rest. It can make getting a good night’s sleep on a regular basis seem like a dream.
But sleep is as important for good health as diet and exercise. Good sleep improves your brain performance, mood, and health.
Not getting enough quality sleep regularly raises the risk of many diseases and disorders. These range from heart disease and stroke to obesity and dementia.
Join us for this sound healing on Tuesday March 24 at 7 pm.
ATTENTION!
There is limited space for the number of attendees. Sign up early to reserve a mat. Once attendance level is reached others cannot attend.
**This is a fee-based event**
$25.00.
Each person will need to sign in once they arrive at the event.
This is a one-hour event. Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive till you leave.
Starting at 7:00 pm. Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm.
We cannot accommodate late arrivals.
You’ll want to allow yourself to settle and set intentions for your session, as it’s nice to have a minute to connect with your practitioner and the community.
Please dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, which can be placed on top of our cushion.
