Phoenix Heat Reset Sound Bath

Step into a deeply restorative experience with the Phoenix Heat Reset Sound Bath, a 60-minute journey designed to cool, calm, and rebalance your body and mind—especially in the intensity of the desert climate. As you lie comfortably, you’ll be immersed in soothing vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, and gentle chimes, all intentionally played to help regulate your nervous system and release built-up heat, tension, and stress.

This session invites your body into a parasympathetic state (rest-and-repair), supporting hydration at a cellular level, improving circulation, and promoting mental clarity. Many attendees experience a sense of lightness, emotional release, and deep inner stillness, leaving them feeling refreshed, grounded, and energetically reset—like a cool breeze moving through the desert.

Starting at 7:00 pm. Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm. We cannot accommodate late arrivals.
You’ll want to give yourself enough time to arrive and get set up in the space to not add extra stress to yourself. Allow yourself to settle and set intentions for your session, as it’s nice to have a minute to connect with your practitioner and the community.

Please dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, which can be placed on top of our cushion.
