Join us for our Releasing Negative Energy Group Sound Healing and allow soothing sounds and vibration to guide you into an hour of relaxation, reflection, and renewal.

What to Know
1-hour Sound Bath beginning promptly at 7:00 PM.
Please arrive on time. The door locks at 6:59 PM. We cannot accommodate late arrivals.
Please allow approximately 1½ hours from arrival to departure so you have time to check in, get comfortable, settle into the space, and connect with your practitioner and the group.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Mats, cushions, blankets, and pillows are available. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat to place on top of our cushion.
Limited space is available. Once the maximum attendance is reached, we cannot accommodate additional participants, so reserve your spot early.
