Realm 2.0: New Features + Demo!

The launch of the Realm Platform 2.0 brings an unbridled level of customization and ease of use. In this meetup we will walk through the technical aspects of each new feature and how they will apply to a variety of use cases. We will also demo and give a detailed walkthrough of how to integrate the Realm Platform into backend systems and APIs to build a first-class mobile application stack.

About Ian Ward:

Ian is a Solutions Engineer at Realm, where he helps clients integrate the Realm Mobile Platform into their mobile app architectures. He has a strong background in solution design and entrepreneurship, having previously been one of the first field engineers at start-ups Meraki and Mesosphere working with enterprise accounts.

All our talks are recorded, so if you can't make it to the meetup you can still watch the talks online about two weeks afterwards. We'll email the videos to the group and post links in the event comments.

Doors Open 6:30pm

6:30pm: Refreshments and food, which will include options for omnivores, vegans, and gluten-free folks. We will not be serving alcohol at this meetup, but we have plenty of soda options.

7:30pm: Presentations + Q&A

Location & getting there:

• The Realm office is on Townsend St. between 2nd and 3rd (https://goo.gl/maps/wzP8KkLNCmm).

• The building entrance is next to the parking garage and someone will be outside to let you in starting at 6 pm!

• 5-minute walk to the King St. Caltrain station. 20-minute walk from the Powell St. BART Station.

Bike Parking: You can bring your bike inside, but you'll need to carry it to the 2nd floor. The building doesn't have an elevator.
