Black Mountain Mural and Public Art walking tour

Meet 10 AM Black Mountain Visitor Center Parking lot 201 East State St. Look for RFAR signs. Meg is the guest guide.

We will walk the downtown area to view murals and public art installations. We will be mostly on sidewalks but there are steep streets. We will walk about 1.5 miles and it will take a little less than 2 hours. It will be hot so bring water and stay hydrated. Please be aware of your physical abilities and limitations.

Black Mountain is a great place to walk around with loads of fun shops. We will visit the public art that is in the central downtown area. Afterwards those who wish can eat lunch together at Trailhead restaurant. If you have time afterwards you may want to visit some of the delightful shops in Black Mountain. Meg will point some favorites out while we tour.
