## WORD NERDS: Talk Wordy to Me

Looking for something a little different than the typical singles mixer?
Word Nerds is a relaxed social evening designed for single adults who enjoy books, writing, thoughtful conversation, and a little friendly wordplay. Whether you're an avid reader, aspiring novelist, crossword enthusiast, poet, journalist, teacher, or simply someone who appreciates meaningful conversation, this event was created with you in mind.
Instead of awkward icebreakers, you'll bring something worth talking about—a favorite book, something you're currently reading, a magazine or article, a poem, or even a piece of your own writing (sharing is completely optional). Your selection becomes the perfect conversation starter as you meet other attendees in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
During the first half of the evening, you'll rotate through casual conversations with fellow guests while enjoying coffee, cocktails, mocktails, or light bites available for purchase from the venue.
Then we'll transition into lighthearted word games that encourage laughter, teamwork, and even more opportunities to connect.
Whether you're hoping to meet someone special, make new friends, or simply spend an evening with people who appreciate curiosity and conversation, you'll leave having shared stories instead of small talk.
