Join us for an evening of cacao, meaningful connection, and reflection. This gathering is an opportunity to slow down, open the heart, and engage in deep listening—both to yourself and to others. Together, we’ll explore practices that support self-care, authentic leadership, and the creation of mutually nurturing communities.

If you are a leader of any kind—within your family, your workplace, your community, or your profession—or if you are someone who cares for and supports others, such as a therapist, yoga teacher, coach, educator, healthcare provider, or healer, this evening is for you. The way we care for ourselves directly influences how we show up for others. Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore how cultivating our own well-being allows us to lead, serve, and care for others with greater presence, resilience, compassion, and authenticity.

We’ll also introduce our upcoming Reclaiming Yourself retreat this September, an immersive experience designed to deepen self-awareness, strengthen authentic leadership, and foster communities where people can flourish together. There will be plenty of time for questions, conversation, and connection. Whether you’re considering attending the retreat or simply looking for a community committed to intentional growth, you are warmly welcome.
