Mastering the Art of Active Listening (2 of 2)

This is the second part of the Mastering the Art of Active listening workshop, where members will have the chance to use the skills they learned from the first presentation to role play in various active listening exercises. You must attend the first workshop in order to attend this one. To sign up for it, click here.

During this workshop, each role play exercise will consist of two people, and after each session, we will come back together as a group to discuss.

At the start of this workshop, I will do a demonstration role play in front of the group with another member, and give people a chance to ask any questions before we break into the role play sessions.

Free coffee and water will be provided as well as a small snack such as a cookie or pack of peanut butter crackers.

This workshop is designed for peer recovery specialists, therapists, and anyone else wanting to strengthen their listening skills.

Members attending both parts of the workshop will receive a certification of completion.

Please note: this part of the workshop is covered within the cost of the first part.

There is an eight person minimum required for this workshop. If we don't have eight people signed for both parts of the workshop up by July 30th, the event will be cancelled and all payments refunded.
