Walk About Red Deer Capstone

Hibernation is over and it's time to Walk About Red Deer!
Join me and friends for fresh air and exercise a couple times a week. I'll post different start locations, so be sure to read each week's description. Please wear appropriate foot wear and consider ice spikes until the walks are clear of ice. We'll try out a few hiking trails too, so sturdy footwear is suggested.
I'm in my 60's so I'm not walking at a marathon pace, but it's not a stroll in the parks either lol. It's exercise and meant to get your heart rate up.
