We operate as one integrated practice with two public-facing names — Michigan Accident Care and Red Light Therapy Spa — but we share one clear mission: Helping people heal fully and naturally so they can emerge stronger, more energized, and more confident.

Led by U.S. Army Veteran Tracy G.J. Congdon, owner and Certified Red Light Practitioner, together with our clinical team, including Dr. Julie Strief, DC (Chiropractor), Dr. Kassandra Lewan, DPT (Physical Therapist & Dry Needling Specialist), and Eliza Irina Muresan-Cole (Licensed Esthetician, Certified Reflexologist & Naturopathic Educator).
