Sound Bath Experiences are fully immersive events bringing heart rhythms into alignment with brain wave activity, opening and balancing chakras, freeing meridian energy pathways, encouraging cell vibration for relaxation, as well as, improved health & sleep. A unique meditation and healing experience uses the power of sound vibration from crystal bowls, triangles and chimes to help us open to God & healing. Bring your yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket, if you'd like to lay on the floor.
