Previous space history: Prototek is no more the space was sold into a Sportsbar, and the new space did not get off the ground publicly..  Prototek is a Makerspace community in Oklahoma city founded in 2013 by James Newman and Matt W. It was basically a big workshop with tools for machining, electronics, woodworking, 3D Printing, vinyl cutting, and graphic design. It’s a great resource for anyone who wants to complete a project but doesn’t have the space or tools needed. There’s a great community that comes along with it including artists, hackers, crafters, designers, engineers, etc.
