What we’re about
The PeakWell Community is a space for people who want to pause, reflect, and grow — together.
Our goal is to support each other through times of exhaustion, uncertainty, and change. This group is especially for those who are on sick leave or currently unable to work due to burnout or stress-related challenges.
We welcome anyone navigating this in-between phase whether you’re seeking connection, tools to support your well-being, or simply a place to feel understood.
At our events, we’ll share experiences, explore topics like energy, values, and boundaries, and try out simple practices to feel more grounded and hopeful. Come as you are, this is a space for real talk, not perfection.

📖 Workshop Description:
Burnout can leave us feeling drained, isolated, and unsure of how to recover. This interactive workshop is the first of a three-part workshop series. It is designed to help participants better understand the energy dynamics behind burnout and reconnect with what replenishes their strength. This is especially useful for people on sick leave or currently not working due to burnout or stress-related factors.Through engaging exercises, personal reflection, and shared stories, we’ll explore:
- The underlying causes of burnout
- How to recognise patterns of energy depletion
- What has supported others in their recovery
- Tools to identify your personal sources of energy
This session isn’t just about theory, it’s about connection, practical tools, and take-home materials to support your ongoing journey. Whether you're in recovery or simply want to better understand burnout for yourself or others, this workshop offers a safe space to learn, reflect, and re-energise.
