Improving our everyday relationships with tech.

Details

This meetup is led by Brian Romanelli, and hosted at the studios of ArrowSpine Manual Therapy. (www.arrowspinetherapy.com).

I (Brian) am a parent, business owner, and licensed manual therapist in the state of Oregon for 10+ years. I specialize in work with the Nervous System and fascial “web” in the body.

Years of experience with my clients, myself, and my own kids have shown me a clear picture; screens are the Cigarettes of the modern generations. Built to be addictive and all-consuming, our ability to gain control of our tech (rather than it control us) is an ever active and ever vigilant role against the distractions that pull our attention in too many different directions.

But all out bans, or denial of our dependence on tech is not the answer. Do you have kids? Work in tech? Feel addicted to your devices? If you arestruggling with connecting with your community, or always searching for ways to manage your screen time, then gonding ways to better understand, better control, and better integrate our technology into our daily lives is a way to MAXIMIZE OUR FREE TIME, rather than have it sucked away!

We will discuss our own opinions and ideas about technology, and help each other find answers and understanding to the constant and growing integration of technology into our world.

Brian has somatic and nervous system regulation techniques to share that can be applied everyday, as well as a wealth of information on managing your technology the way you want to.

Come join us!
