Real Estate Investing For The Win (REIFTW) is a community for people who want to build wealth through real estate by learning from real deals—not just theory.
Whether you're brand new to investing or have years of experience, our goal is to openly share what we're doing, what's working, what isn't, and the lessons we've learned along the way.
Unlike many real estate groups that focus only on classroom presentations, REIFTW gives you opportunities to see projects in the field whenever possible. We believe there is no substitute for walking a property and understanding why investment decisions are made.

Our meetings vary depending on the project. Some are educational presentations in a comfortable meeting space with experienced investors and industry professionals. How to build and invest in RV Parks

From 2014 to 2019 we hosted real estate investor meetups in the Austin area with a unique twist: we held them on-site at properties rather than in a restaurant or meeting room.
The benefits to all attendees are immense. Seeing, feeling, touching, and sometimes even smelling a property creates learning opportunities and leads to questions that would otherwise go unasked and therefore unanswered. We loved meeting at properties when they were tear-downs, then returning a month later when the lot was cleared and construction began. We shared every aspect of acquisition, holding, construction and sales. We especially loved inviting everyone back for the open-house and letting them experience the transformation.
We stepped away when COVID hit and we transitioned more into the commercial space, specifically the RV Park world.
We are proud to announce that we are getting the train rolling again and invite you to join us for a morning of learning and discovery!

No, the new RV Park's name will absolutely NOT be "RV Park X". It's just a play on words since SpaceX is right behind us!
The story of how we acquired this property that 52k cars per day were driving past is quite amazing, and we hope that story alone will create opportunities for all of you!

Finally, for those of you who have never attended one of our meetups, we don't sell anything. There is no sales pitch. We simply enjoy sharing and hope what we've learned can benefit all of you.
PSA: This is outdoors! We will be providing a
canopy, but we've had up to 100 people attend past meetups so feel free to bring your own shade! Strongly recommend bringing something to sit on and cold beverages as well.In addition, we've recently syndicated this project and if anyone is interested in joining as an investor, this would be a fantastic opportunity to learn about the project and ask questions. Because this is raw land and a construction site, we highly recommend bringing a chair. We do have a port-a-potty, but other than that, we'll be roughing it!
