My Story: Reiki for Depression 🌥️

A scary word: Depression. It can be made to sound soul-destroying, never-ending but that's not true. I had it and came out of it.

Join this session in which I will be sharing some healing Reiki and my experience with depression and how I overcame it to become more courageous, motivated, happy and go on to win awards!

This will be like a Circle-format, in which we share our experiences and most importantly hear each other & give any advice.

This session will include:

• My experience with depression & how I overcame it
• An open circle for us all to share our experiences and advice (through microphone or messaging in chatbox)
• Healing Reiki sent from me to you ❤️

Also, an optional point: you can grab your favourite crystal(s) to hold in your hands or place on your body during the session to increase the healing during the Reiki transmission!
