In this 3-Hour workshop, you will get to explore how to deepen your self-care to tend to the areas of life where you experience resistance so that acceptance can pave the way to clarity.
When you're able to receive intuitive guidance from a place of neutrality, that crystal clear wisdom can lead to transformative and even magical outcomes in your life.
In a safe and small group setting you will be guided to explore and reflect on where you may be experiencing mental, emotional and somatic resistance.
From there you will experience a shamanic journey, with live drumming, to receive wisdom from the spirit realm.
You'll then receive a group energy healing and end with a ritual to release your inner resistance and reclaim the self-connection needed to navigate life in empowered ways.
