Do you have the Gift of Healing? Or have you ever wanted to learn how to Heal yourself or others? Reiki changed my life! Healing others, is my most favorite thing to do. With over 20 years experience, Denise uses her Gifts to aid others on their paths. Over a 7 year period she led both a "Reiki Circle" with 45 in attendance as well as a "Universal Energy Circle" with 70 in attendance. The Healing energy comes from a Higher power, their is no ego involved. Her classes include beautiful guided meditations to meet your Reiki Master Teacher. The Healing tones of the Crystal Singing Bowls enhance the classroom experience. With each Reiki class level, you will receive a detailed manual filled with valuable information. Your intuitive abilities increase with each level as you allow yourself to be guided by the Reiki energy.

Halloween is just around the corner, perfect time for this class. I was born with many “Gifts of Spirit’, which has been both a blessing and a curse. I have had many Teachers along my path. After moving to Tucson AZ, I found a small spiritualist church called ” The Tamara Spiritual Center.” I attended their classes, services and events, 3 x’s a week for 7 years. Although I was in corporate America, I would take my certifications on the weekends, including Sedona.

Please join us for our last Breathwork of the year. Our next event will be in January. Please note in 2025, we will hold our event, every other month.
Experience the healing interplay of breath and sound. Integrating Soulful Breathwork and Sound Healing creates a unique synergy magnifying their inherent power. Breath in a fully supported and safe environment, that causes deep relaxation and facilitates the safe release of unresolved physical and emotional energy stored in the body.
Please note that this is a pre-paid event. This is our last Breathwork Soundbath of the year. We will begin again in January bimonthly. Your ticket purchase will reserve your space.
Relax as Plamen gently guides you through a Soulful Breathwork experience that heals the body, calms the mind, and nourishes the soul. A single session of breathwork can change your life, creating immediate and permanent results. Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective way to heal past trauma by releasing old pain, grief, anger, fear, or other unprocessed emotions.
Sacred Sound Bath led by Denise Foster, Reiki Master/Sound Therapist. She will be walking throughout the event, playing meditative instruments over you. This helps to enhance your experience, along with Reiki Healing and meditative instruments. The breathwork flows into a sound bath to help you integrate your session.
PLEASE BRING whatever you need to make you comfortable:

No prior breathwork experience is required to attend.

Denise has been creating Sound baths in the Atlanta area now for over 10 years. She has played with many local musicians at salt caves, art galleries and yoga studios. She offers a variety of public events such as Sound Immersion, Past Life Regression Sound Bath, Sound Bath Yoga and Breathwork Sound Baths. Trent is highly involved in the local music scene, going out to see music, meet fellow musicians and playing gigs wherever he can. Trent is adept at playing a multitude of instruments such as the trumpet, piano, synthesizer and flute. He does not disappoint! playing many venues including: for Monty Alexander, the Count Basie Orchestra, Quentin Baxter Arturo Sandoval, Kevin Bales and Joe Gransden.
