After searching for a Reiki share group in the Sandy area and coming up empty, I decided to start one myself.

This group is open to anyone interested in Reiki—whether you're completely new, curious about energy work, looking to practice giving Reiki, or simply interested in receiving it in a supportive environment.

I'm Reiki certified and have noticed that I often receive sensations, impressions, and feedback in my own body while working with others. What I'm interested in developing is a deeper understanding of what those experiences mean. My intention is to create a space where practitioners can practice, receive feedback, compare experiences, and continue developing their intuition and sensing abilities through direct experience.

The focus of this group is simple: giving and receiving Reiki, learning from one another, and building community around the practice.

For now, I plan to host once per month, depending on interest and my work schedule. If the group grows, we may eventually explore additional offerings such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, or sound healing. But for the time being, the focus will remain on Reiki practice and connection.
