About us
For globally minded people navigating a transition, questioning what’s next, or ready to create a new chapter.
Sometimes life changes because you choose it. Sometimes something ends, and you’re left wondering who you are now.
You may have moved to a new city, changed careers, ended a relationship, outgrown an old identity, or simply reached a point where the life you created no longer feels like you.
This group is for exploring what comes next — not by rushing into another answer, but by reconnecting with yourself.
Through workshops, conversations, and experiential practices, we explore:
Finding clarity when you feel lost or uncertain
Rebuilding self-trust and your inner compass
Letting go of identities and patterns that no longer fit
Navigating the emotional side of major life transitions
Reinventing yourself with intention
Building meaningful connections with others on a similar journey

Reinventing Yourself Workshop
·OnlineOnlineReinventing Yourself is a reflective and experiential workshop for those navigating a transition and feeling ready for a new chapter—but not quite sure who they are becoming.
Through guided reflection, somatic IFS practices, and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore what no longer fits, what is asking to emerge, and how to move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
This is a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating a next chapter that feels more aligned—not simply a continuation of the life you’ve already built.
You’ll leave with:
- A clearer sense of what is changing and why
- Greater awareness of what may be holding you back
- A deeper connection to your own inner compass
- A clearer sense of what you want to create next
Led by Tracey Zhang, a somatic coach and IFS practitioner who helps globally minded people navigate relocation and life transitions. Having lived across six cities and three continents, she brings both lived experience and transformational practices to help you create greater clarity, self-trust, and alignment.
